AND, even dropping the entire bullshit “settlement” does not erase the fact that they perpetrated a fraud upon the court. DOJ falsely claimed to the court that there was a controversy to be adjudicated, but Trump was on both sides of this “controversy.” It was total and utter self dealing, trying to give it legitimacy by dressing it up as a “lawsuit.”
