best, cheapest sanitizer there is. (plain old bleach, not detergent or scented versions) yes boiling is good to melt if your water isn't that hot and it will sterilize the solution (I think if you boil 5 entire minutes) but since it is so quickly contaminated it doesn't really help anything.
