66. I owned a '55 Chevy for a short time back in my college days.

To earn extra money, I used to buy & sell used cars.
I once bought this '55 Chevy with a mostly blown 409 engine in it.
The body was cherry, in perfect shape.
It had "slick" tires on the rear, and a Muncie 4-speed transmission.
I sold it to a guy who didn't care about the 409 engine. He wanted to fiberglass the front end, drop a new 327" in & race it at the track.
He drove all the way down from Crescent City, CA to Pacifica to buy it (A 6-hour drive)
