a therapy, like EMDR for example, to help treat your brain as well as your psyche. With as much loss as you've had, I don't find it at all unreasonable that you need extra help. Ask for referrals, therapists who work with clients with more life experience. I wish you the best of luck, LC. I'll keep you in my thoughts and meditations.

PS: I lost my 14 year old dog 6 weeks ago. I still feel him near me. He was family.
